Speed control light signals are usually installed at the begining or inside villages/cities. They can operate with photovoltaic panels or with AC power (230VAC). When choosing the light signal, please indicate the type of operation you want and also one of the following types of system:

- Simple speed control - controls speed only in one direction, through radar or magnetic field. When the radar or magnetic field detects overspeed (usually higher than 50 km/h), it provides that information to the controller and the light stage turns to red.

- Double speed control - controls speed in both directions, using radar or magnetic field. When the radar or magnetic field detects overspeed (usually higher than 50 km/h), it provides that information to the controller and the light stage turns to red in one or both sides of the road.

- Double speed control with crosswalk - similar to the double speed control, but also with pedestrian control. When a person clicks the button, the controller gives order to turn the light red for the drivers.
